Walker, Matsuyama share Hyundai lead

Maui, HI (SportsNetwork.com) – Jimmy Walker kept his share of the lead on
Sunday and he was joined there by Hideki Matsuyama as the pair ended three
rounds two strokes clear of the field at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions.

Walker posted a 6-under 67 in round three, while Matsuyama’s 66 was the low
round of the day. The duo ended 54 holes at 17-under-par 202.

Walker won three times in the 2013-14 season and Matsuyama earned his first
PGA Tour win at the Memorial.

Patrick Reed, a two-time winner last season, carded a 5-under 68. He finished
alongside Sang-Moon Bae (69) in third place at minus-15. Brendon Todd (69) and
Russell Henley (70) share fifth place at 14-under-par 205.

Bubba Watson posted his best round of the week, a 5-under 68, and he climbed
into a tie for seventh at minus-12. He was joined there by Robert Streb (71)
and Scott Stallings (70),

Defending champion Zach Johnson managed an even-par 73 on the Plantation
Course at Kapalua Resort. Johnson stands alone in 10th place at 11-under 208.
