Rodgers downs Marino in Colombia

Bogota, Colombia (SportsNetwork.com) – Patrick Rodgers birdied the second
playoff hole on Sunday to defeat Steve Marino and win the Pacific Rubiales
Colombia Championship.

Rodgers closed with a 6-under 65 to end at 17-under-par 267. Steve Marino, who
led after the third round was completed earlier Sunday, finished with a 2-
under 69 to join Rodgers at minus-17.

The duo played the par-3 12th first and both made par. At the par-4 ninth,
Rodgers converted a birdie effort to defeat Marino, who made par.

Andrew Yun also closed with a 65 on the Fundadores Course at Bogota Country
Club to move into a tie for third. He was joined at minus-15 by Chase Wright,
who shot 69 in the final round.

Tyler McCumber grabbed fifth at 13-under-par 271 after closing with a 69 of
his own. Greg Eason (65) and Roberto Diaz (68) shared sixth at minus-12.
